Terms & Conditions

  • As all our products are measure to made to would be hard to cancel /modify any order once it confirmed. In details:
    A) Blinds order cannot be cancelled at any time once its confirmed.
    b) Curtains and plantation shutters order can be cancelled / update withing 24 hours once the order is confirmed (Order would be confirmed once you pay the full amount and we received the money).

  • The fabric images you see on our website might not be the exactly same as it arrives. So, we cannot guarantee this and cannot exchange or return any order based on appearance of these online images. To avoid this dilemma, we recommend you to order free samples first as it will give you a confidence of what you going to order/get.
  • Most probably your order will have screws (suitable for wooden architraves only) but if you need to install into a brick wall or plaster you would be needing different screws for which you can take help from our installation instructions. All the online orders are DIY so we aren’t not liable for any installation cost (if arises).
  • All the online orders would be confirmed once we received the full payment for the same and would bind us in a contract with you. We recommend to use a laptop/computer to place an online order so you can clearly see the fabric images/colours. But, still we cannot 100% guarantee that the fabric you’ll get will be exactly as the sample you see because our fabrics and other components are produces in batches and there can be little discrepancies. So, due to these discrepancies (we try our best to keep it as minimal we can) products delivered to you shall not entitle you to cancel the order nor to claim any compensation too.
  • We have rights to cancel your order due to one or more of the following reasons:
    • If in case we don't have enough stock (fabric or other stuff) to complete the order
    • If we have put a wrong price (by mistake) to any products online which included in your order
    • If you are out of our delivery areas as we deliver to limited places
    • We won’t be bounded to give any compensation (your paid money will be refunded fully) for this cancellation but might give you some discount if you place the order again. (Email us for this and we’ll look after you)
    You’ll be notified by an email / call if we cancel your order due to any case.
  • If in case order is cancelled, we will refund your money to your credit card or bank account within a week but keep in mind that it might take few days to come to you due to interbank transfer delays and we won’t be responsible for this. Also, a one-time service fee of 50$ will be charged for this. Please note that any order for blinds cannot be cancelled or refund once it’s confirmed.
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone but we might use it for sending mail /emails or product research purposes.
  • You don’t have to make any deduction or addition to the measurement as we will do it for you. Once the products are ready, we will dispatch them to your address immediately and you’ll have the delivery details to check the status. Please keep in mind that we use the third party to deliver your products so we will try our best with them to deliver your products on time but we won’t be responsible for any delivery delays once the products have left our premises.
  • We guarantee of 2 days (once it delivered to you) for manufacturing faults so please try to check the goods as soon as you receive them. But we also give a 5 years minimum warranty (defect in the material or any manufacturing fault) on our products so you don’t have to worry much and if you find a defect in our blinds you return them to us. We might repair or replace them (only once we confirm this return/repair process).
